Stacks:

Stacks are folders in your dock to the right of the seperator. They allow you to add files to them and then view the files right off your dock in a grid or fan view. If you accidentially remove a stack from your dock, just go into finder and drag the folder back down to your dock again to restore it.

Quicklook: (Sorry I said quickview in the show)

If you want to quickly see what a file is without having to open up the assigned program to that file and get a quick view of it, then use leopards built in quicklook feature. You can do this by right clicking on the file and selecting quick view or just select the file and hit your spacebar.

News:

The MacBook is now available with a 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. This is up from the 2.16GHz Intel Core 2 Duo available for the older models. The processors of the new chips have also been upgraded to the Santa Rosa architecture.
The new macbooks can now handle up to 4GB RAM, up from 2GB in the previous models; the frontside bus has been increased to 800MHz from 667MHz; and the graphics have been updated to the Intel GMA X3100 with 144MB graphics allocation — previous models had the Intel GMA 950 with 64MB.
MacBook Pro received a couple of upgrades too. If you choose a custom build-to-order system, you can choose a 2.6GHz Core 2 Duo processor and a larger hard drive.

Leopard Time Machine:

Time machine allows you to keep up to date backups of your mac on an external hard drive. Time machine checks your system every hour for any changes and backs them up accordingly. Its as simple as hooking up and external drive and turning on time machine via the time machine preferences. Once activated you don't have to worry about it and if you have to unhook your external drive for any reason, time machine will stay on hold until you get back and then pick back up where it left off. Even if you use time machine I still recommend using a bootable backup system via superduper just in case.
