In the first episode of the macbook podcast I discussed the format of the show and that all future episodes will be made available every Tuesday. I will be discussing problems and solution to popular macbook problems.
Problem #1
Installing RAM into macbook causes blue screen and/or beeps.
Solution #1
Check that RAM is seated properly, the macbooks RAM takes alot of firm pressure to secure it into place.
Problem #2
Isight Camera turns dark once started.
Solution #2
Turn camera off and on again to fix problem.
Problem #3
No startup chime on bootup.
Solution #3
Reset the SMC by turning off your macbook, taking out the battery, disconnecting the AC adapter, hold down the power button for 5 seconds, reconnect everything, and boot up.

Run regular maintenance on your macbook using ONYX and maintenance utility software. Go here
You can also run maintenance scripts by using the terminal program on your macbook and typing "sudo periodic daily" "sudo periodic weekly" and "sudo periodic monthly"
